Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.
1) Return window & condition

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. For sanitary and safety reasons, used rolls/bags cannot be returned.

Custom or final-sale items (if any) are not returnable unless defective.
2) Start a return
Email info@nycguardians.com with your order number and reason. We’ll reply with instructions and the return address.
3) Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless we shipped the wrong item or the product arrived defective.

Please allow 5–10 business days for bank processing after we issue the refund.
4) Defects, damage, or wrong item
Report issues within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. If the outside carton arrived visibly damaged, keep all packaging for the carrier claim.
5) Exchanges
Fastest way is to place a new order and return the original item per the steps above.
6) Return shipping
Unless we are at fault, return postage is the customer’s responsibility. For your protection, use a trackable service.
7) Subscriptions
You can pause or cancel before your next billing date. Items already shipped follow the policy above.
